These Terms of Service govern your use of the DukaanBill POS and billing platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
By registering for or using DukaanBill, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these terms.
DukaanBill is a web-based POS, billing, and inventory management platform designed for Indian kirana and grocery stores. It provides GST-compliant billing, inventory tracking, customer loyalty management, staff accounts, an online ordering portal, supplier management, expense tracking, and GST report generation.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of a paid month if you cancel within 7 days of a charge and have not used the service substantially. Contact support@dukaanbill.in to request a refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your admin password with unauthorised parties. DukaanBill is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
You own all business data (products, customers, transactions) entered into DukaanBill. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.
