Terms of Service – DukaanBill

These Terms of Service govern your use of the DukaanBill POS and billing platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using DukaanBill, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these terms.

2. Description of Service

DukaanBill is a web-based POS, billing, and inventory management platform designed for Indian kirana and grocery stores. It provides GST-compliant billing, inventory tracking, customer loyalty management, staff accounts, an online ordering portal, supplier management, expense tracking, and GST report generation.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Shop Owner Plan – ₹499/month
Includes POS billing, inventory management, customer management, GST reports, and staff accounts. Does not include the customer-facing online store.
Full Package – ₹999/month
Includes everything in Shop Owner plus the online customer shopping portal, coupon system, supplier and purchase order management, and expense tracking.
Free Trial – 5 days
New accounts receive a 5-day free trial of the Full Package. No credit card required. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue.

4. Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of a paid month if you cancel within 7 days of a charge and have not used the service substantially. Contact support@dukaanbill.in to request a refund.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your admin password with unauthorised parties. DukaanBill is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

7. Data Ownership

You own all business data (products, customers, transactions) entered into DukaanBill. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.
